Many EmmyLou Jewelry pieces incorporate natural gemstones and other natural materials. Because these materials are naturally formed, individual stones may vary in color, pattern, texture, size, inclusions, and other characteristics. These variations are normal and are part of the natural character of the materials and are not necessarily defects.

Our jewelry is handmade, and minor variations between pieces may occur. Product photographs are intended to provide a representation of the item and may not reflect every natural variation of an individual piece.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, materials, designs, availability, and pricing when necessary. We may discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. An order is not accepted until EmmyLou Jewelry confirms acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, inventory issues, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel or make a material change to an order after payment has been received, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order and will provide an appropriate refund for any amount paid for products that we are unable to fulfill.

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the processing time stated on our website or at checkout.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside EmmyLou Jewelry's control.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information may be provided when available. Customers should monitor tracking information and contact the carrier regarding delivery issues when appropriate.

Our treatment of lost, damaged, delayed, or returned shipments is subject to our Refund Policy.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and EmmyLou Jewelry, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from EmmyLou Jewelry.
